More than fitness. We are a group of coaches and individuals who have come alongside one another to create a caring and fun community. We encourage everyone who walks through our doors towards lifelong fitness in a fun and friendly environment. We love to work out, we love to reach new goals, and we love to have fun!
To better help you reach your fitness goals we offer personal training, group classes, open gym passes, and drop-in passes. Whether you want a safe space with top-of-the-line equipment to reach your goals on your own, work with a trainer to receive personalized programming, or a community to cheer you on in our exciting strength and conditioning group classes, we have you covered!

Meet Our Coaches

Coach Laura
Laura’s expertise as a powerlifter brings unique dynamics to our group classes. She loves helping clients feel comfortable at the gym, motivated, and hit movements that they couldn’t before.

Coach Monica
Monica loves olympic lifting and anything high-intensity. With her background in physical therapy, she ensures all members are moving safely while getting a great workout!

Coach Elijah
Elijah loves helping anybody who is seeking guidance and wants to learn. He makes everyone feel comfortable in our group classes and will welcome you with a smile and a high-five!

Coach Cody
Cody brings his passion for sports and fitness to every group class. He helps members overcome any obstacle in their way to pursue consistency and accountability as a team.
