Coach Laura
Laura’s expertise as a powerlifter brings unique dynamics to our group classes. She loves helping clients feel comfortable at the gym, motivated, and hit movements that they couldn’t before.

Coach Monica
Monica loves olympic lifting and anything high-intensity. With her background in physical therapy, she ensures all members are moving safely while getting a great workout!

Coach Elijah
Elijah loves helping anybody who is seeking guidance and wants to learn. He makes everyone feel comfortable in our group classes and will welcome you with a smile and a high-five!

Coach Amyleigh
Amyleigh is a passionate aerial fitness coach certified in aerial yoga, acro training, and Lyra hoop. Since discovering aerial in 2016, she has been dedicated to helping others build strength, confidence, and joy through movement. She is known for creating a welcoming environment where beginners feel encouraged to step outside their comfort zones and rediscover a sense of fun.
