Coach Elijah has been with Katana for nearly five years. He loves helping anybody who is seeking guidance and wants to learn. He has helped numerous clients move past their fear of the gym and towards long-term health.
Laura is a passionate powerlifter who loves helping clients feel comfortable at the gym, motivated, and hit movements that they couldn’t before.
3 Sessions Per Week: $430/month
2 Sessions Per Week: $320/month
1 Session Per Week: $180/month
You will have access to one-on-one coaching as well as 24/7 access to Katana Fitness Center to get in extra training on your own time. All personal training options come with homework two times per week.
Discounts are available for small group sessions of 2-4 people.
